" Extraction is a treatment if there's a massive tissue loss that can't be saved with various treatment ways on teeth or there's a bone tissue loss around them or they have heavy infections on teeth roots that can't be treated. But in here, the issue we must not forget is extracted tooth's gap must be restored without spending much time. Teeth can be dragged to extraction gaps which are left empty for too long, adjacent teeth can reach to gap or the bone in this zone can get thinner or decreased and the implant chance gets lower. And consequently our upper and lower jawbone teeth can effect the mouth's closing badly.
